Product Overview

WorkSpace Manager is a unique resource scheduling software solution for controlling your company's free seating areas such as:
  • Hot Desks
  • Touch down areas
  • Hoteling Desks
  • Conference rooms
  • Meeting rooms
 
In fact the system deals with any resource type (desks, cars, boats...) across multiple locations.
 
Using WorkSpace Manager is simplicity itself. For on-the-day bookings simply identify yourself at a touch panel using your company ID card or by logging in using your account details. You may chose to have Workspace Manager find you a suitable desk with a single touch or indeed have the system show via your floor plan all available desks from which you may select the desk of your choice.
 
If you wish to make an advanced booking you may easily do so via your intranet. Upon your arrival you may quickly and easily check in at any touch screen panel.
 
WorkSpace Manager can standalone or interface with your existing resource scheduling system.
 

Hot desking: Check In / Check Out Options

 
You can record usage and measure which resources have been pre-booked using a Check In / Check Out facility such as:
 
  • Company ID Card
    If the user has pre-booked a desk on arrival, they can simply swipe their company ID card to be instantly checked in and directed to their desk
  • VoIP Telephone Login
    On arrival at their pre-booked desk, the user enters their PIN to activate their telephone - this signals Workspace Manager to validate the booking then checks them in while activating their telephone
  • Online Check In
    For organizations without suitable Telecoms equipment or Company ID cards, users may Check In either at a Touch Screen Kiosk or Online via the Web Browser Interface
